Product Review : Power up - Revitalise drink.

Active Woman is a product line created by the UK based sports nutrition company Bio-Synergy. With a full range of products specifically aimed at womens health and fitness this got me very excited.

Before Christmas i had a delivery from Bio- Synergy containing their product

Active Woman - Power Up - Revitalise , a powder that you add to your workout water to transform your water into a delicious orange flavoured drink with added vitamins and electrolytes to help you stay super hydrated during exercise.

Eager to give this a try i hit the gym and tested it out, heres what i thought...

1. Its super easy to mix just add one scoop to 500ml water stir and hey presto!

2. It tastes lovely, a bit like flat orange lucozade i think.

3. I noticed a difference after my workout, different to a pre-workout that often leaves you with jitters or a crash i would describe the feeling from the revitalise drink as more of a 'lift'.

I would definately reccomend this product and this is how i will be using mine.

Rather than using the drink every time i do a workout i feel it would be most beneficial to use it when im feeling i need a little boost.

When i workout in the evenings after the children are in bed it can sometimes be a struggle even getting to the gym let alone getting a good workout in and this is where the revitalise drink steps in for me, here are some other times it would be beneficial to use...

* When working out after illness

* When working out after a long tiring day at work

* When you are feeling a little under the weather, but you still want to get that workout in

With no added artifical colours,flavours or sweetners this product ticks lots of boxes for me. I am impressed and im looking forward to trying out more Bio-synergy sports and nutrition products in the future.
